Standard Shipping Within the United StatesOrders within the United States are normally shipped using two-day service. All orders must include a phone number and have a valid physical shipping address -- no P.O. boxes, please! Orders requesting standard or two-day delivery are processed for shipment the next business day. Some items may arrive in separate shipments.
Standard - Shipments typically arrive three to six business days after your order is processed, based on product availability. BusinessMAP PRO products are shipped via UPS Ground unless otherwise requested.
Two-Day - Shipments arrive within two business days after your order is processed, based on product availability. Please note that two-day delivery orders are processed for shipment on the next business day (Monday through Friday). Two-day delivery is only available in the continental United States, Alaska, and Hawaii.
Overnight - If you wish to expedite your shipment and choose overnight service, please be aware that overnight orders will be processed the same day only if received by 12 noon Pacific time. Otherwise, they will be processed the next business day (Monday through Friday). Overnight delivery is only available in the continental United States; Anchorage, Alaska; and Honolulu, Hawaii. Overnight shipping is not available in some areas of Alaska and Hawaii.
Economy - Shipments are sent via the U.S. Postal Service and typically arrive in about a week, although it may take up to three or four weeks to receive delivery. This option is available only for media orders such as books, software, and documentation. Please select another option if your order includes nonmedia items such as computer hardware, T-shirts, or mugs.
Hardware - Please allow 2-4 weeks for delivery of hardware. Orders are subject to manufacturer availability.
Shipping Outside the United StatesEsri normally ships orders via DHL for delivery outside the United States. All orders must include a phone number and have a valid physical shipping address -- no P.O. boxes, please!
Please note that there may be a time delay for shipments to customers outside the United States. Due to the recent rise in fuel prices worldwide, our carriers have dramatically increased their rates for shipping. You should expect to receive an e-mail request from our Customer Service Department for authorization to charge your credit card for the cost of the order including the shipping charges. You will be requested to reply via e-mail to either authorize the charge or request that your order be cancelled.
Esri shipping charges do not include customs fees, duties, taxes, or other fees your country may impose. Normal shipments to customers outside the United States may take up to 10 days to clear customs and be delivered to the customer (depending on the country and the availability of product). A restocking fee will be applied to orders abandoned at customs. Overnight service is not available for shipments outside the United States.
