Once your purchase is processed, you will receive an e-mail containing information for downloading and installing ArcGIS for Desktop Advanced (ArcInfo) and extensions. Orders received by 12 noon Pacific time will be processed the same day. Otherwise, they will be processed the next business day (Monday through Friday). If you would prefer to have media shipped to you, an additional fee of $19.95 for shipping and handling will be applied to your order at checkout.
