Once your purchase is processed, you will receive an email containing information for downloading and installing ArcGIS Network Analyst. Orders received by 12 noon Pacific time will be processed the same day. Otherwise, they will be processed the next business day (Monday through Friday).
Maintenance: Maintenance can be purchased for ArcGIS for Desktop and one or more extensions. Maintenance is an annual subscription and includes technical support, updates, and many other benefits.
